As a reseller of the GOOSE service, GOOSE B.V. owns and administers the goosevpn.com website as well as controls all the information collected at the GOOSE website; advertises the GOOSE service; administers the GOOSE customer management system; accept payments and administers refunds for the GOOSE service purchased at the goosevpn.com website as well as provides pre-sale and post-sale support to all GOOSE B.V. customers.

The GOOSE server network is owned, administered and controlled by GOOSE B.V. in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. The GOOSE VPN software solution is developed, maintained and controlled by GOOSE B.V. in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

Personally identifiable information

When you are using GOOSE service, GOOSE gathers information about actual bandwidth usage per user account. GOOSE does not track, collect or store any information at the servers of the GOOSE server network:

  • GOOSE does not cache, collect or store user’s originating Internet Protocol (IP) address;
  • GOOSE does not cache, collect or store information about which servers or the IP addresses on the GOOSE server network as a user has connected to a particular time or in general;
  • GOOSE does not cache, collect or store logs of users’ internet activities (for example sites visited, DNS look-ups, emails sent or received, usernames or passwords entered etc.);
  • GOOSE does not censor or monitor users’ internet activities;
  • GOOSE does not censor, monitor or backup users’ emails.

Collection and use of non-personally identifiable information

Goose does not cache, log, collect, store, aggregate and use any information whatsoever about user’s internet activities through the servers on the GOOSE network.

Cookies, other technologies and spyware protection at the GOOSE server network

GOOSE does not use cookies or other technologies on any of the GOOSE servers. All GOOSE server network exit servers contain no information on the servers, network or users whatsoever. Servers’ operating systems are disabled except for t hose enabled modules necessary for transfer of traffic. All GOOSE servers are secured with Linux hardening, firewalls, anti-spam software, anti-virus and anti-DDOS attack software to prevent third parties from maliciously attacking the GOOSE server network. We maintain our servers and network to provide the best possible privacy.

Any information gathered by the GOOSE server network is controlled by GOOSE B.V. in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

GOOSE uses its best efforts to protect users’ bandwidth usage information and all related data against loss, theft or unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, alteration and destruction. This includes, bot is not limited to, utilization about users’ bandwidth usage between the GOOSE server network and the GOOSE Network Management System.

Correction or deletion of information collected at the GOOSE server network

For any bandwidth usage information collected at the GOOSE server network, GOOSE makes good faith efforts to accommodate requests that they correct your bandwidth usage data if it’s not required for legitimate business purposes. GOOSE may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others or are extremely impractical.
